For service-related concerns, clients must notify us within 7 days of project delivery. We will review the issue and provide necessary revisions or support as per the agreed project scope.

In case of export-import transactions involving physical goods, returns or replacements will be subject to prior agreement, product condition, and applicable trade regulations.

We reserve the right to evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis.
